Responsibilities
- Lead mobile and web engineering teams across iOS, Android, and web platforms.
- Define channel architecture, coding standards, and engineering best practices.
- Build secure, high-performing experiences focused on reliability, scalability, and usability.
- Drive rapid, safe releases using CI/CD, feature flags, progressive delivery, and automated testing.
- Deliver AI-powered conversational experiences, including chat and voice.
- Establish observability, performance monitoring, and customer journey analytics.
- Manage app store releases, rollout strategies, and production operations.
- Build and develop a high-performing engineering team.
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience across mobile and web technologies, including cross-platform experience.
- Experience leading engineering teams and setting technical direction.
- Strong background building and operating large-scale consumer-facing digital products in financial services, fintech, or other highly regulated environments.
- Expertise in one or more of Swift, Kotlin, React Native, Flutter, Kotlin Multiplatform, React, Next.js, or TypeScript.
- Strong experience with CI/CD, feature flags, staged rollouts, and modern release engineering practices.
- Experience designing secure mobile applications using authentication, session management, certificate pinning, and secure device storage.
- Comfort using AI-assisted development tools in modern engineering environments.
Preferred experience
- Exposure to AI-powered, conversational, or agent-assisted customer experiences is highly desirable.
- Fintech, banking, or financial services experience is stated as preferred.
