  • Competitive Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 annually.

  • Sign-on and retention bonus will be paid out at the successful completion of 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year for new hires. Plus, additional yearly stipends provided as grant funding permits!
  • Paid in-house supervision towards LCSW or LPC licensure.
  • Education: Minimum of a master's degree in a license-eligible field
  • License-eligible as a LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in Virginia.
  • Skills: Crisis intervention, adaptability, problem-solving and decision making.
  • 1 years’ experience with mental health populations preferred.
  • Maintain a valid driver's license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
  • Proficiency with EHR systems, Microsoft Suite, and technically savvy.
