Mobile Crane Operator

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Operate cranes to lift and move heavy materials to designated areas.
• Inspect equipment daily and report faults or maintenance needs.
• Coordinate with riggers, signalmen, and ground staff for safe and precise operations.
• Maintain records of operations, maintenance, and inspections.
• Follow health, safety, and environmental regulations, site plans, and supervisor instructions.

Requirements

• Valid UAE crane operator license, heavy or light as required for the job.
• 2–5 years of crane operation experience covering tower, mobile, or overhead cranes.
• Knowledge of crane operating techniques, load charts, and safety protocols.
• Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred qualifications

• Recognized crane operator training certification is preferred.
• Experience on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects in the UAE or Gulf region is preferred.

Compensation
