Mobile/Commercial Cleaning Operative

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in commercial or mobile cleaning operations
• Proficiency in using a range of cleaning equipment and machinery
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and best practices
• Excellent time keeping and organisational abilities
• Demonstrated commitment to health and safety compliance
• Physical fitness and stamina to perform cleaning duties
• Reliable, punctual, and professional approach to work
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Good people skills and customer service orientation
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards Desirable Skills and Experience:
• Formal training or certification in cleaning operations
• Knowledge of COSHH regulations and hazardous substance handling
• Experience with specialist cleaning equipment or techniques
• First Aid certification
• Valid driving licence (essential for mobile cleaning assignments)
• Experience working in facilities management or cleaning services sector
