Mobile Application Developer Intern – Android & iOS (Fresher)

Role Overview

Training and Progression

• The role begins with a three-month unpaid training and evaluation period structured as a hands-on internship.
• Successful candidates may transition to a regular salaried full-time role after performance review.
• The role includes mentorship, live production project experience, code reviews, and an internship experience certificate.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing Android and/or iOS applications using Kotlin, Java, Swift, Flutter, or React Native.
• Connect mobile frontends to backend RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Translate UI/UX wireframes and mockups into pixel-perfect responsive mobile layouts.
• Identify bugs, troubleshoot crashes, and perform unit and functional testing.
• Participate in build, testing, and deployment processes for Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Requires B.Tech, B.E., BCA, MCA, or a related technical discipline; recent graduates and final-year students are eligible.
• Requires a solid foundation in object-oriented programming and languages such as Dart, JavaScript, TypeScript, Kotlin, Swift, or Java.
• Requires academic or personal project exposure to Flutter, React Native, Android, or iOS development.
• Requires familiarity with Git or GitHub and Android Studio or Xcode.
• Requires one to two college, hobby, or personal mobile app projects for interview demonstration.
• Requires problem-solving ability, curiosity to learn mobile SDKs, and a team-player attitude.

Compensation

• The first three months are described as unpaid training, mentorship, and assessment.
• From month four, successful candidates may transition to full-time employment with a performance-based fresher salary package.
• The posting lists pay from ₹5,000.00 per month.
