Mobile Application Developer – Flutter

Role overview

Location and work arrangement

• Work location is in person at an office in Viman Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra.
• Candidates currently based in Pune are preferred.

Compensation

• Pay starts at ₹20,000 per month and is based on experience and skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop Flutter and Dart applications for Android and iOS, from requirements and UI implementation through deployment.
• Create responsive interfaces and integrate REST APIs, third-party services, Firebase, backend services, authentication, notifications, and databases.
• Test, debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
• Generate Android APK/AAB and iOS builds; manage signing, certificates, provisioning profiles, and release configurations.
• Publish and maintain applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and teammates; maintain clean, reusable, scalable code.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• At least 1.5 years of hands-on Flutter/Dart development experience and a strong understanding of the mobile application development lifecycle.
• Must have developed and deployed applications on both Android and iOS and be able to independently take an app through production deployment.
• Good problem-solving, debugging, communication, and teamwork skills; own laptop required.
• Native Android/iOS development knowledge and experience maintaining and publishing live store apps are advantages.
• Immediate joiners or candidates available at short notice are preferred; Pune-based candidates are preferred.

• Provider, Bloc, GetX, or Riverpod state management; SQLite, MySQL, or Firebase Database; Git and GitHub.
• Responsive UI development, push notifications, authentication and authorization, payment gateway integration, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Android Studio or VS Code; Xcode; app build and release management.
