About the Role

EventTitans is seeking a motivated Mobile App Developer Intern for a six-month internship.

The role focuses primarily on React Native and Android application development, with exposure to Kotlin and AI-assisted development tools.

The internship is suitable for freshers who are interested in mobile development and willing to learn quickly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain React Native mobile applications.
  • Work on Android application development and Kotlin-based native integrations.
  • Convert UI/UX designs and requirements into functional mobile applications.
  • Integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, test, and resolve application, performance, and UI issues.
  • Collaborate with backend developers, designers, QA, and other technical team members.
  • Provide regular updates on tasks, progress, blockers, and completion status.
  • Participate in code reviews and complete assigned deliverables within defined timelines.
  • Use AI-assisted tools for development and validate AI-generated code before implementation.

Required Technical Skills

  • Basic to intermediate React Native knowledge is required.
  • Basic Android development knowledge and understanding of Android fundamentals are required.
  • Knowledge of Kotlin, Android Studio, REST APIs, JSON, and API integration is required.
  • Knowledge of Git and GitHub is required.
  • Understanding of mobile UI development, responsive layouts, debugging, and troubleshooting is required.
  • Programming fundamentals and object-oriented programming knowledge are required.

AI Tools and Soft Skills

  • Practical knowledge of Cursor, Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, or similar AI coding assistants is preferred.
  • Candidates must understand, test, and validate AI-generated code rather than rely on it blindly.
  • Problem-solving, logical thinking, learning ability, communication, coordination, and time management are required.
  • The candidate must communicate blockers, provide regular updates, work independently and with a team, and take ownership of assigned work.

Eligibility

  • Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • Academic, personal, freelance, or GitHub projects in React Native or Android development are advantageous.
  • Genuine interest in mobile application development is required.
