Apt Resources is seeking an experienced and passionate Mixologist to join the bar team at a prestigious 5-Star Luxury Hotel in the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and present a diverse range of high-quality cocktails and beverages tailored to a luxury clientele
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of spirits, wine, and cocktail trends relevant to a 5-star luxury setting
- Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations and enhance their overall experience
- Ensure bar operations comply with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with the culinary and service teams to create innovative drink menus and pairing suggestions
- Maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and organization of the bar area
- Train junior staff on luxury service standards and advanced mixology techniques
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment
- Exceptional knowledge of premium spirits, cocktail recipes, and current luxury beverage trends
- Proficient in advanced mixology techniques and presentation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on exceptional guest service
- A keen eye for detail, ensuring consistency and quality in all drink preparations
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining professionalism
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in a luxury hotel setting
- Must be currently in UAE
