Preparing and blending raw materials according to precise formulations and quality standards.
This role involves ensuring that ingredients are accurately measured, mixed, and blended to produce high-quality products in a timely and efficient manner.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards throughout the mixing process.
Key Accountabilities
- Prepare and measure raw materials according to product specifications and formulas.
- Operate mixing equipment to blend ingredients accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor and control the mixing process, ensuring consistency and quality of the final product.
- Perform quality checks to ensure that the mixture meets required specifications, making adjustments as necessary.
- Record and document all material usage, batch numbers, and other required information for traceability and quality control.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following safety guidelines and company protocols.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mixing equipment or ingredients, reporting any malfunctions to supervisors.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring raw material stock levels and communicating needs for reordering.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and waste management strategies.
- Performs any work requested by the direct manager.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in a related field is a plus.
Experience
Proven experience as a Mixing Technician or in a similar role in a manufacturing or production environment.
Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication in both Arabic and English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot mixing issues effectively.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions and specifications.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a physically demanding environment.
