Job Summary

The Mixer Truck Driver is responsible for the safe transportation and timely delivery of ready-mix concrete from the batching plant to customer project sites. The driver must operate the mixer truck efficiently, maintain concrete quality during transit, and follow all company safety and traffic regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate and drive the concrete mixer truck to deliver ready-mix concrete to project sites.
• Ensure timely delivery of concrete according to dispatch schedules.
• Operate the mixer drum properly to maintain concrete consistency and quality during transportation.
• Inspect the vehicle before and after each trip and report any defects or maintenance issues.
• Maintain cleanliness of the mixer truck, including drum washing after deliveries.
• Follow all UAE traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company HSE procedures.
• Coordinate with plant dispatchers, site supervisors, and customers during deliveries.
• Verify delivery details, delivery notes, and customer acknowledgments.
• Monitor fuel, oil, water, and tire conditions regularly.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and maintain safety standards at project sites and batching plants.
• Report accidents, delays, breakdowns, or safety incidents immediately.
• Assist in minor troubleshooting and basic vehicle maintenance when required.

Requirements

• Valid UAE Heavy Vehicle Driving License.
• Minimum 2 years of experience operating mixer trucks in the UAE.
• Experience in the ready-mix or construction industry preferred.
• Good knowledge of UAE roads and construction sites.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime if required.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Good understanding of vehicle safety and operational procedures.
