Job purpose
Accurately enter, validate, and maintain production-related data in Epicor ERP.
Create and manage BOMs and BOOs to support production planning and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Review daily and weekly production reports and enter data into Epicor ERP.
- Work with Epicor BOMs and BOOs; create, update, and maintain them to meet production requirements.
- Maintain data accuracy for production planning, costing, and reporting.
- Coordinate with production, planning, and MIS teams to validate and cross-check data.
- Assist with periodic production reports for management review.
- Identify and report data-entry discrepancies and support data integrity.
- Support MIS/ERP process improvements in data management and reporting.
Qualifications and skills
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
- Two years of Epicor ERP experience is required.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data handling.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Manufacturing-process and production-report knowledge is advantageous.
Employment and pay
- Full-time position.
- Pay is QAR 4,000 per month.
