Overview
This role involves collecting, processing, and validating data, developing automated reports, and working closely with various departments to provide data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate reports to track progress and inform decision-making
- Develop and implement plans to support organizational objectives
- Monitor and track budgets to ensure financial accountability and transparency
- Coordinate and facilitate YP training sessions, plan and execute events, and provide administrative support to the VP's office
- Prepare financial reports and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making
- Perform data analysis tasks to optimize processes and inform business decisions
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
- Provide training and support to teams on MIS and data analysis tools.
- Assist in improving data collection procedures and systems.
- Bachelor s degree OR Diploma degree in Data Analysis, Data Science, or Business Analytics or MIS.
- 2+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Data Science, or Business Analytics
- Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with data governance and data quality standards.
- Experience with database management and reporting tools.
