Influence current underground mine operations while helping shape longer-term direction at Mungari Operations.

What You Will Do
- Deliver practical and achievable monthly and quarterly underground mine plans.
- Contribute to life-of-mine schedules, forecasts, and budget planning activities.
- Monitor plan compliance and operational performance to improve productivity, efficiency, and value.
- Develop mine designs balancing operational needs, cost performance, and long-term objectives.
- Identify hazards and operational risks early and incorporate controls into mine designs and schedules.
What You Bring
- Hold a tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering or a related discipline.
- Have at least 3 years of underground mine engineering experience across mine design, planning, scheduling, and drill and blast.
- Have experience developing and managing monthly and quarterly underground mine plans.
- Have exposure to longer-term planning, including budget and life-of-mine scheduling.
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to practical operational solutions.
- Build effective relationships across operations and technical teams.
- Be proficient with mine planning and design software; Deswik and Aegis are ideal.
Roster and Location Options
- Work an 8:6 roster from Thursday to Thursday with 12-hour days.
- The role is available residentially in Kalgoorlie-Boulder or FIFO from Perth.
- DIDO and FIFO roster options are available at Mungari Operations.
