Key Responsibilities

• Maximising equipment productivity through efficient fleet management Meeting and exceeding the mine production plan Being the first point of contact for key stakeholders including AHS Builders, In-field Builders, Pit Supervision, Operators and Blend Co-ordinators Ensuring a high level of data integrity using MineStar Fleet Management System Effectively troubleshoot and diagnose stopped trucks and assignment issues in conjunction with the AHS Builder to solve these issues in a timely manner Qualifications and Experience Experience or exposure in mine control and fleet management systems Understanding of production strategies for large scale Mining Operations Strong computer literacy and an enthusiasm for learning new systems and digital tools. Proven ability to make sound, timely decisions in a dynamic, high-pressure environment. Excellent communication skills with a collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
