Work Schedule

  • Day: 4-day workweek, 10 hours per day
  • Evening: 4-day workweek, 10 hours per day + $2.00/hour premium
  • Weekend: 3-day workweek, 12 hours per day + $2.50/hour premium
  • Frigate premium (military vessel): $1.25/hour regardless of shift.
  • You must be available for all shifts. While we consider your schedule preferences (day, evening, weekend) when creating schedules, they cannot be guaranteed.

Requirements

  • DEP in Heavy Machinery, Marine Mechanics, or Plumbing-Heating (pipefitting)
  • Successful completion of the security clearance process required under the Federal Government Contract Security Program (minimum 5 years of continuous residence in Canada with no interruption longer than 6 consecutive months)
