Internship overview

Staffing and career development

• Maintain staffing databases, dashboards, and tracking tools; prepare staffing overviews for weekly discussions.
• Help review project needs and consultant availability, and coordinate follow-ups, data checks, and documentation.
• Prepare Career Development Committee meeting materials, organize evaluation and promotion-cycle inputs, and update consultant profiles and development notes.

Administrative and operational support

• Draft communications, meeting summaries, and announcements; respond to routine queries and escalate as needed.
• Organize meetings, track action items, support follow-ups, and suggest process improvements.
• Prepare and organize documents, presentations, reports, records, shared folders, and internal documentation; handle sensitive employee information confidentially.

What you'll bring

• Final-year university student eligible for COOP in January 2027.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and willing to learn new tools.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, accuracy, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional, adaptable, reliable, and discreet when handling confidential information; able to work effectively in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
