Middle Software Engineer (C++) Location: Dubai

Salary: USD 70,000 – 100,000 + bonuses

Working Hours: Aligned with European markets

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and maintaining connections to major cryptocurrency exchanges and market data sources
• Enhancing the core trading platform and adding new features
• Troubleshooting and analyzing real-time market data issues
• Working side by side with traders, researchers, and fellow engineers to ensure trading algorithms perform as expected
• Optimizing systems to process large volumes of data in real time, always aiming for lower latency and greater stability
• Playing a key role in a dynamic trading environment where your work truly matters

What They’re Looking For

• 3+ years of solid software development experience
• Strong C++ programming skills
• Background with high-load or performance-sensitive applications
• A good grasp of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals
• Bonus points if you have exposure to financial markets, distributed systems, or low-latency environments

Nice To Have

• Experience with Python or Kafka
• Familiarity with REST, WebSockets, or FIX protocols
• Experience with AWS, Grafana, Kibana, or Prometheus
