About the Role

Frontend Development

• Architect, develop, and optimize responsive web applications using React.js and its ecosystem.
• Ensure accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, and performance best practices.
• Implement reusable components and maintainable code structures.

Backend Collaboration

• Work with backend engineers to integrate APIs into the frontend.
• Contribute to backend discussions and provide input on Node.js services when needed.

Product and Design Partnership

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Advocate for design consistency and usability across the platform.

Quality and Delivery

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Own feature delivery and ensure timelines and standards are met.

Team Contribution

• Share best practices and contribute to collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• 4–6 years of professional experience in frontend engineering, preferably in startups.
• Strong expertise in React.js and modern JavaScript, including ES6+.
• Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with Redux or Context API and frameworks such as Next.js.
• Familiarity with Node.js backend development and API integration patterns.
• Understanding of frontend performance, accessibility, and security best practices.
• Exposure to AWS, GCP, Azure, Docker, or Kubernetes is a plus.
