- Experience in syndicated and bilateral lending transactions
- Experience in corporate finance, acquisition finance, project finance, real estate finance, refinancing and restructuring
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills

Job Overview
- An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Mid Senior Banking & Finance Associate Lawyer to join the Riyadh office of a leading global law firm.
- The firm is seeking a lawyer to join its highly regarded Banking & Finance practice, advising domestic and international financial institutions, sponsors, government entities and major corporates on many of the Kingdom's most significant financing transactions.
- The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of conventional and Islamic finance matters.
