Technical Expertise
- Deep experience in Microsoft Teams (Enterprise Voice), Direct Routing & SBC
- Hands-on with compliance recording: Verint, NICE, ASC
- Strong understanding of SIP, VoIP, RTP & networking (DNS, Firewall, QoS)
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance Center
- PowerShell scripting for automation and administration
• Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert
- SBC certifications (AudioCodes / Oracle)
Experience
- 4–8+ years in Unified Communications / Collaboration
- Proven experience in Teams Voice & compliance recording solutions
- Exposure to banking / financial / regulated environments preferred
Professional Skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset
- Effective communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to operate in high-pressure, compliance-driven setups
- Good to Have:
- Zoom compliance recording
- Multi-vendor UC environments
- AI-driven call analytics and transcription
