Client engagement and delivery
- Facilitate discovery workshops and requirements gathering; translate business challenges into practical Microsoft-based solutions.
- Lead client and executive discussions, build stakeholder relationships, drive decisions, and communicate project status, risks, and recommendations.
- Lead projects from discovery through deployment, managing priorities, timelines, deliverables, risks, and alignment with client objectives.
- Coordinate delivery teams, assign responsibilities, review work, and mentor junior consultants.
- Design and implement solutions using Microsoft 365 technologies, Power Platform, Copilot, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Improve business processes and identify technology opportunities that improve efficiency, adoption, and client outcomes.
Technical experience
- Experience with some or all of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, AI-assisted development tools, and Microsoft cloud technologies.
- Expertise in every listed technology is not required; the employer values problem-solving, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
