Role Overview
We are seeking a
Microsoft Sales Specialist
to drive sales of Microsoft’s full product stack
(Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Copilot & Copilot Studio, and other related solutions)
in Qatar.
The specialist will develop new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and achieve sales targets by delivering value-driven solutions.
This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional with a strong grasp of Microsoft enterprise solutions and the Qatar market.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development and build a strong sales pipeline across Microsoft solutions.
- Engage with customers to understand requirements and deliver tailored presentations and demos.
- Recommend end-to-end Microsoft solutions with clear business value and ROI.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Maintain key customer relationships and drive renewals and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal technical and partner teams.
- Stay updated on Microsoft products, licensing, and market trends.
- Track pipeline, forecasts, and sales performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years in B2B technology sales, preferably Microsoft solutions.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft cloud, productivity, and business applications, including Co-Pilot and AI-related solutions.
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluent in English.
- Proven ability to build and manage long-term client relationships.
- Knowledge of various Microsoft Licensing options
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of the Qatar/GCC market and enterprise sectors.
- Arabic language skills (advantageous).
- Microsoft certifications (Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365).
