About This Role

Role Overview

We are seeking a

Microsoft Sales Specialist

to drive sales of Microsoft’s full product stack

(Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Copilot & Copilot Studio, and other related solutions)

in Qatar.

The specialist will develop new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and achieve sales targets by delivering value-driven solutions.

This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional with a strong grasp of Microsoft enterprise solutions and the Qatar market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development and build a strong sales pipeline across Microsoft solutions.
  • Engage with customers to understand requirements and deliver tailored presentations and demos.
  • Recommend end-to-end Microsoft solutions with clear business value and ROI.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Maintain key customer relationships and drive renewals and upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and partner teams.
  • Stay updated on Microsoft products, licensing, and market trends.
  • Track pipeline, forecasts, and sales performance metrics.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years in B2B technology sales, preferably Microsoft solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft cloud, productivity, and business applications, including Co-Pilot and AI-related solutions.
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluent in English.
  • Proven ability to build and manage long-term client relationships.
  • Knowledge of various Microsoft Licensing options

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of the Qatar/GCC market and enterprise sectors.
  • Arabic language skills (advantageous).
  • Microsoft certifications (Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365).
