About This Role

We are hiring for Senior Dynamics 365 Consultant to join one of our major clients based out of UAE.

Job Details:

Role- Senior Dynamics 365 Consultant

Work Location- Abu Dhabi, UAE

Employment type- Contract- 12 months & extendable

Job Description:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to understand backlog priorities, user stories, and product roadmap
  • Translate business and product requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions
  • Implement and optimize Copilot (AI-powered features) to improve productivity and customer experience
  • Leverage Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) to extend functionality

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate (mandatory)
  • 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service / Customer Engagement (CE)
  • Proven hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Copilot / AI capabilities
  • Strong understanding of case management, SLAs, queues, and knowledge management
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
