Role overview

Implementation and user support

• Coordinate requirements, configuration, workflows, and integrations across Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Warehousing, Projects, and Service operations.
• Prepare and validate migration data; coordinate reconciliation; support testing, user acceptance, cutover, and go-live.
• Train users, prepare short guides, and provide step-by-step task support.
• Troubleshoot transactions, posting errors, permissions, workflows, and reports; coordinate partner fixes and track resolution.
• Maintain approved settings and user access, test updates, and support improvements after go-live.
• Provide Microsoft 365 and general IT support for users, devices, networks, backups, and security.

Required experience

• At least five years of relevant ERP experience, including three years of hands-on Business Central experience.
• Hands-on responsibility in at least one Business Central implementation or migration completed within the past three years, from requirements and configuration through post-go-live support.
• Strong working knowledge of Business Central Finance, Sales, Purchasing, and Inventory, plus practical troubleshooting and data-validation skills.
• Practical Microsoft 365 administration and general IT support experience.
• Clear English communication and ability to demonstrate processes and explain solutions to non-technical users.

Preferred qualifications

• Dynamics GP/NAV migration to Business Central, UAE/GCC implementations, trading or distribution, project or service operations, and MB-800 certification are preferred.

Pay

• Pay is AED 6,000–7,500 per month.

Work location

• Work location is in person.

Assessment

• Shortlisted candidates complete a practical Business Central assessment covering a workflow, troubleshooting, and guiding a non-technical user.
