Role: Microsoft D365 Senior Functional Consultant F&O
Experience: 2+ years
Location: Dubai
Salary - 8K AED
Notice Period: Preferable less than 15 days.
Required Candidate profile
- Typically, 2+ years experience working in a Functional consulting role
- Must have worked in finance Module & Project Accounting
- An industry specialist strong Domain understanding
- A logical approach to problem solving and structured approach to introducing change into operational
- systems
- At least 4+ full life cycle D365 implementations
- Stakeholder and People management skills
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
Educational/Technical Qualifications required
- Chartered Accountant / M.Com / MBA Finance from Reputed University (for Finance Consultants)
Key Responsibilities
- Developing long lasting and high-quality business relationships with clients by instilling trust and confidence
- Working directly with clients to understand their business processes and determining project deliverables
- Utilising specialist knowledge of Finance/ Project Accounting using Microsoft Dynamics product to support the development and implementation of Dynamics 365
- Utilizing specialist knowledge of the services, retail, finance, manufacturing, or public sector industries
- Developing original approaches to improve or replace existing processes and procedures
- Taking ownership of the design of D365 solutions, which may include complex integrations or significant module changes or even designing a new module
- Writing complex functional specifications
- Acting as the translation point between functional and technical teams so that solutions can be developed
- Effectively managing large work streams to stay within scope, meet or exceed project schedule and remain within the approved budget
- Guiding Project Managers and keeping them informed
- Delivering end user training
- Prepare our Managed Services team for the transition to support
- Sharing knowledge with other project team members or other team members on functional consultants through whitepapers on relevant project experience or training events.
