Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize solutions within
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Develop plugins, workflows, and custom integrations using
- C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform
- Configure and customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business processes
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party systems (ERP, APIs, external applications)
- Work with
Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Perform system testing, debugging, and performance optimization
- Provide technical support and resolve system issues
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business teams
Required Skills
- Strong experience in
Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement
- Hands-on experience with
- C#, .NET, JavaScript
- Experience with
Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Knowledge of
- Azure services and API integrations
- Understanding of CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing)
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft certifications (Dynamics 365 / Power Platform)
- Experience in ERP/CRM integration projects
- Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
