Role Description

The role supports a strategic AI transformation initiative for a leading energy-sector organization in Qatar.

The position focuses on generative AI, Copilot solutions, and Microsoft Power Platform.

Workplace

  • The role is located in Qatar and is explicitly onsite.

Must-Have Skills

  • At least 3 years of Microsoft Power Platform experience; the posting also states total experience of 7+ years.
  • Microsoft Copilot Studio is mandatory.
  • Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Experience with Azure AI Services or Azure, APIs, connectors, and enterprise integrations.
  • Experience with generative AI, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI workflows.
  • Knowledge of AI governance and security concepts.
  • Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

  • Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate or Copilot Studio and AI certifications.
  • Enterprise AI and automation project experience.
  • Agentic AI and conversational design knowledge.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, build, and deploy intelligent AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
  • Develop enterprise copilots and conversational AI solutions.
  • Integrate with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
  • Connect enterprise systems using APIs, connectors, and Azure services.
  • Develop prompts, grounding strategies, knowledge sources, and AI workflows.
  • Implement RAG, generative AI, and AI governance practices.
  • Translate stakeholder and subject matter expert requirements into AI solutions.
  • Test, troubleshoot, optimize, and document enterprise Copilot solutions.
