Job Summary

AI Solution Design and Delivery

• Design, prototype, implement, and support AI-powered Microsoft solutions.
• Implement Copilot Studio agents, conversational flows, orchestration, and enterprise data integrations.
• Build conversational experiences, workflow automations, intake, routing, summarization, and knowledge-driven solutions.
• Translate business problems into usable, scalable, and supportable technical solutions.
• Support proofs of concept, pilots, production implementations, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and operational handoff.

Platform Engineering and Governance

• Build integrations using APIs, connectors, Power Automate, and Microsoft Graph.
• Work across Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Teams, Entra ID, Power Platform, and Azure services.
• Establish reusable solution patterns, technical standards, and support and monitoring approaches.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Cybersecurity, Data Privacy, and Architecture teams.
• Apply Purview, DLP, access controls, information protection, transparency, human oversight, and secure enterprise data handling.

Enablement and Adoption

• Advise business and IT stakeholders on Microsoft AI capabilities and limitations.
• Help prioritize high-value Copilot, agent, and workflow automation use cases.
• Create documentation, knowledge articles, runbooks, and training materials.
• Evaluate Microsoft AI roadmap capabilities for organizational use.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years in enterprise technology solutions involving Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, automation, AI, or related areas.
• Hands-on experience with one or more Microsoft or similar enterprise AI and automation platforms.
• Enterprise integration experience using APIs, connectors, workflow automation, or scripting.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Teams, Entra ID, and related collaboration technologies.
• Familiarity with Purview, DLP, data classification, or related AI governance and data-protection capabilities.
• Experience translating business needs into solutions and supporting testing and deployment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Enterprise conversational agent, copilot, or AI-assisted workflow deployment experience is preferred.
• Azure AI Foundry, prompt design, grounding, knowledge source, or retrieval-based pattern experience is preferred.
• PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, or C# experience is preferred.
• Microsoft Graph, app registration, service principal, and authentication-pattern familiarity is preferred.
• Experience in regulated or security-sensitive environments is preferred.
• AI-900, AI-102, MS-102, PL-400, PL-600, or similar Microsoft certifications are a plus.

Compensation

• Base compensation range is $110,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience.
