Role overview

Engineering leadership and delivery

• Manage development resources, guide staff growth, provide performance feedback, and plan staffing and training.
• Set technical direction and lead product and service development aligned with company strategy.
• Lead teams spanning backend, frontend, DevOps/platform engineering, and Quality Engineering.
• Own roadmap and platform-modernization delivery across the full SDLC and production operations.
• Partner with Product Management and Architecture on technical direction and non-functional requirements.

Quality, security, and AI

• Establish automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, quality targets, and quality gates; operationalize Testkube and reliable CI test execution.
• Integrate SAST, DAST, and dependency scanning into CI/CD for secure, auditable delivery.
• Manage product security, compliance, security training, secure development lifecycle, and security architecture.
• Lead AI-accelerated SDLC work and delivery of AI/ML/GenAI solutions for products or operations.
• Set responsible AI practices, validate outputs, and prevent sensitive information such as secrets, credentials, PCI, or PII from entering prompts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of software development and/or design experience.
• Team and delivery management or leadership experience.
• Prior cards, payments, or BFSI experience is preferred.

Work environment

• Standard in-office work environment; limited domestic or international travel may be required.
