Mgr Patient Access and Navigation

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of access experts responsible for building systemwide decision trees, and optimizing scheduling practices.
• Collaborate regularly with clinic operations, clinical leaders, and physician stakeholders to align access strategies across diverse care settings.
• Drive performance metrics and implement strategies that support timely, equitable access to care across the
• origination.
• Champion change management efforts and foster cross-functional partnerships to advance access-related goals with clarity and consistency.
• Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED and relevant job experience. Preferred: Bachelor's degree.
• 5 years of relevant experience, including 1 year of leadership experience.
