Metallurgy Lab Technician ( Morning Shift) - Kamloops, BC

To receive and prepare samples ready to conduct laboratory testing as requested by the client.

• Conducting metallurgical tests including, but not limited to, gravity concentration, flotation concentration and leaching.
• Preparation, review and analysis of testing data.
• Identify and correct quality control problems.
• Provide direction and supervision of testing as required.
• General maintenance of equipment; and
• Keeping the lab in a generally clean condition
• Previous laboratory experience is preferred

The base wage for this position is starting at $21.21 per hour, depending on relevant industry experience.

Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.

This is a morning shift from 8.30AM to 4.30PM
