Processes metal sheets accurately according to technical drawings, measurements, and project requirements.
Operates V-grooving machines and sheet metal shaving equipment.
Key responsibilities
- Operate V-grooving machines to create precise grooves in metal sheets.
- Operate metal shaving machines to achieve required dimensions, smoothness, and finish.
- Read technical drawings, measurements, and cutting specifications; set up machines and adjust settings for material thickness and job requirements.
- Measure and inspect finished products for accuracy and quality; handle aluminium, stainless steel, and mild steel.
- Perform routine machine maintenance, keep the work area clean and organized, and follow safety procedures and production schedules.
Requirements
- Previous experience operating V-grooving and metal shaving machines.
- Knowledge of metal fabrication, sheet metal processing, and machine settings.
- Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools.
- Attention to detail, commitment to quality, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Pay and employment
- Full-time position.
- Pay is AED 1,200–1,800 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
