META Clinical Application Specialist

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver customer education using organizational standards, guidelines, and product-specific materials.
• Advise customers on clinical procedures and protocols for effective and efficient equipment use.
• Provide first- and second-line support to clinical support associate specialists and customers.
• Resolve medium-complexity requests within established procedures and practices.
• Participate in customer escalations, complaints, and feedback processes, capturing information and managing follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with product development, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs to address customer concerns and improve products.
• Maintain knowledge of products, clinical applications, and industry standards; provide informed recommendations.
• Contribute to service improvements and execute clinical or system application assignments under established protocols.
• Record service problems and resolutions in the Service Management System.
• Work with internal and external partners to resolve problems, minimize downtime, and support efficient equipment use.

Experience requirement

• At least four years of experience in vocational education in the medical industry, clinical support, healthcare, customer service, or an equivalent area.

How teams work

• Office-based teams work in person at least three days per week; onsite roles require full-time presence at company facilities; field roles generally work at customer or supplier locations. The posting does not specify which arrangement applies to this role.
