Meta Ads Specialist

​Tulpar Global Taxation is seeking a data-driven and creative Meta Ads Specialist to join our team in Dubai.

​The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) to drive high-quality lead generation and strengthen our corporate brand presence.

​🎯 Key Responsibilities:

​Campaign Management: Set up, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager) from concept to execution.

​Lead Generation: Focus on building high-converting Lead Generation campaigns, utilizing advanced audience research and precise targeting tailored to the UAE B2B/B2C market.

​Ad Creative & Copywriting: Design and produce engaging ad creatives (visuals, short videos/reels) and write compelling ad copy that complies with Meta’s policies.

​Optimization & Testing: Monitor daily ad performance, manage budgets efficiently, and conduct A/B Testing (creatives, audiences, landing pages) to maximize ROI and reduce cost per lead (CPL).

​Reporting & Analytics: Prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports analyzing key metrics, conversion rates, and ROI.

​AI Integration: Effectively leverage AI tools to improve ad copywriting, asset creation, and campaign efficiency.

​📋 Requirements:

​Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.

​Experience: Minimum 2+ years of proven experience specializing in Meta Ads / Paid Social media management.

​Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Pixel setup, custom audiences, Canva, and basic video editing tools.

​Industry Knowledge: Prior experience marketing for professional services (Taxation, Audit, Accounting, or Business Consultancy) within the UAE is highly preferred.

​Availability: Ready to join the team immediately.
