As part of our digital growth strategy, we are expanding our performance marketing team and seeking experienced media buying professionals to help scale student acquisition and lead generation campaigns.
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Meta Ads Media Buyer to manage, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in performance marketing, audience development, conversion tracking, and campaign scaling, with a strong focus on lead generation and acquisition efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
Develop and execute customer acquisition and lead generation strategies.
Scale campaigns while maintaining profitable performance metrics and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs), including CPA, CPL, CTR, CPM, and conversion rates.
Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, placements, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
Analyze campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, analytics platforms, and attribution tools.
Implement retargeting campaigns, lookalike audiences, and advanced audience segmentation strategies.
Collaborate with marketing, admissions, and creative teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
Prepare performance reports and provide strategic recommendations for continuous growth.
Required Qualifications
Strong experience using Meta Ads Manager.
Proven track record of managing and scaling performance-driven advertising campaigns.
Solid understanding of Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and attribution models.
Experience
with lead generation, education marketing, ecommerce, or customer acquisition campaigns.
Strong analytical, reporting, and optimization skills.
Excellent communication and project management abilities.
Ability to make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
managing monthly advertising budgets ranging from $75,000 to $200,000+.
Agency or multi-account campaign management experience.
Experience
working with international markets and diverse target audiences.
Familiarity with CRM integrations and marketing automation platforms.
Experience
in higher education or student recruitment marketing is an advantage.
Position Type: Remote Contract
Contract Duration: 6 Months (with potential extension based on performance)
Monthly Compensation: USD $4,500 – $8,000
Performance Bonus: Available based on campaign growth, lead quality, and KPI achievement
Ideal Candidate
Strong background in paid social advertising and performance marketing.
Demonstrated ability to scale campaigns while maintaining profitability.
Comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment.
Results-oriented with a focus on continuous testing and optimization.
Self-motivated and capable of managing campaigns independently.
Additional Information
Preference will be given to candidates currently based in Europe or working within European time zones.
We are primarily seeking professionals who can collaborate effectively during standard EU business hours and support campaigns targeting European and international markets.
