Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems , or a related field, or equivalent experience . Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing IT, production systems, or MES-focused technical roles. MES Expertise Direct, hands-on experience with MES systems such as iBASE‐t Solumina — including system configuration, workflow design, troubleshooting, and integration activities . Strong knowledge of MES best practices and the ability to maximize out-of-the-box capabilities before pursuing customizations. Systems Integration & Solution Design Experience capturing business and technical requirements and translating them into MES solution designs . Proven experience planning and executing data migrations , driving information system harmonization, and contributing to portfolio shaping across enterprise manufacturing applications. Skilled in integrating MES with ERP, QMS, timekeeping , and other production‐centric systems Project & Organizational Leadership Strong understanding of project management methodologies , including waterfall and agile. Experience working with or presenting to a PMO, steering committee, or equivalent governance body . Demonstrated ability to create technical architecture documentation , support materials, executive-level diagrams, and system presentations. Communication & Documentation Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical information effectively across both technical and nontechnical stakeholders. Security Requirements Must be a U.S. citizen. Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOE (Department of Energy) security clearance Preferred Qualifications: Relevant experience in iBASE-t Solumina. ERP, Timekeeping, and QMS systems knowledge.
