Role overview

Technical and team responsibilities

• Define coding, design, development, and engineering best practices.
• Develop and review technical designs, API specifications, data models, and integration approaches.
• Design AWS application architecture and scalable solutions emphasizing availability, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Optimize APIs, database queries, frontend performance, and cloud resources; establish logging, monitoring, alerting, and diagnostics.
• Investigate production issues and drive application reliability and resilience improvements.
• Implement secure coding, authentication, authorization, data protection, and API security practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, QA, DevOps, and program managers.

Technical stack

• Frontend: React.js.
• Backend: Node.js and Express.js.
• Database: MongoDB.
• Languages: JavaScript and TypeScript.
• APIs and integrations: REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Cloud: AWS.

Pay

• ₹1,200,000–₹1,500,000 per year.

Workplace

• Work location is in person.

Requirements

• 5–6 years of experience.
• Lead a software development team and provide technical direction across the MERN stack.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across React.js, Node.js/Express.js, MongoDB, JavaScript or TypeScript, REST APIs, and third-party integrations.
• Work closely with product managers, business analysts, QA, DevOps, and program managers.
