Sales & Lead Generation
- Conduct outbound cold calling to prospective merchants and partners to introduce VaultsPay’s acquiring and payment solutions
- Handle inbound calls and sales inquiries, providing initial product information and qualifying leads
- Identify new sales opportunities through calls, referrals, and basic market research
- Schedule meetings and product demos for senior sales or acquiring team members
Customer Engagement
- Maintain professional and persuasive communication with potential clients
- Understand client needs and clearly articulate the value of VaultsPay’s payment solutions
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective merchants and partners
Sales Support & Coordination
- Update CRM systems with accurate call logs, lead status, and follow-up actions
- Coordinate with internal teams (Acquiring, Operations, Compliance) to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets
Market Product Knowledge
- Develop a basic understanding of fintech, payments, merchant acquiring, and digital transaction solutions
- Stay informed about VaultsPay products, pricing, and key differentiators
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Minimum 2 years in sales, telesales, call center, or customer-facing roles
- Comfortable with cold-calling, outbound sales, and handling objections
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence, resilience, and a results-driven mindset
- Willingness to work in a target-oriented sales environment
- Immediate availability to join
Preferred
- Exposure to fintech, payments, banking, or financial services
- Previous experience in telesales, B2B sales, or merchant acquisition
- Familiarity with CRM tools or basic sales tracking systems
- Female candidates are preferred
