Role Description

This is a full-time Merchant Acquisition & Sales Manager role based in Riyadh, structured as a hybrid position with a mix of in-office and work-from-home days.

The Merchant Acquisition & Sales Manager is responsible for identifying, prospecting, and onboarding new merchants across B2B and B2C segments to Sundouq’s logistics solutions, ensuring a strong and sustainable merchant portfolio.

Day-to-day activities include generating leads, conducting sales meetings and product demonstrations, negotiating commercial terms, and closing agreements with merchants across various industries and e-commerce sectors.

The role is also responsible for achieving monthly and quarterly merchant acquisition and revenue targets while maintaining high levels of merchant satisfaction and engagement.

Additionally, the role involves managing ongoing merchant relationships, monitoring performance, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal operations, product, and customer support teams to optimize service quality.

The Merchant Acquisition & Sales Manager will track sales KPIs, maintain CRM records, prepare reports and forecasts, and contribute feedback to improve offerings, processes, and go-to-market strategies.

The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding Sundouq’s merchant network and strengthening its position as a leading logistics partner for businesses and online sellers across Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in B2B and/or B2C environments.
  • Experience in Merchant Acquisition, Merchant Services, Account Management, or Business Development.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, build sales pipelines, generate leads, and convert prospects into long-term business partners.
  • Solid understanding of logistics, e-commerce, fulfillment, last-mile delivery, or related technology solutions is highly beneficial.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) to manage sales pipelines, opportunities, and customer relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, including comfort with sales metrics, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and adapt to a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, merchant acquisition, business development, or account management.
