About This Role

We are looking for energetic, results-driven Merchandiser Promoters (Male & Female) to join our team across the UAE. If you have a passion for retail and a proven track record in the FMCG sector, we would love to hear from you!

Primary Responsibilities

  • Ensuring products are well-stocked, organized, and attractively displayed on shelves.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and reporting stock shortages.
  • Engaging with customers to promote brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Setting up promotional displays and maintaining "Planogram" integrity.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with store managers.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of merchandising or promotion experience within the UAE market.
  • Gender: Female (as per project requirements).
  • Visa Status: Preference will be given to candidates on Own Visa (Spouse/Parent/Freelance) with valid NOC.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus), proactive attitude, and ability to handle physical stock movement.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel to various store locations within your assigned city.
