About This Role
Overview
We are looking for motivated and organized **Merchandisers** to represent our brand in the retail feild.
This is an ideal role for **freshers** eager to start their career in the FMCG sector.
You will be the face of our brand in retail outlets, ensuring our products are well-stocked and attractively displayed.
Key Responsibilities
- **Brand Representation:** Maintain and enhance product displays to ensure our brand receives maximum visibility on the shelves.
- **Stock Management:** Monitor inventory levels at retail points and ensure products are consistently replenished.
- **Team Collaboration:** Maintain regular communication with the **Sales Supervisor** and **Sales Executive** to report stock needs, shelf space issues, or competitor activity.
- **Display Maintenance:** Ensure all products are clean, priced correctly, and arranged according to company standards.
Requirements
- **Experience:** **Freshers are welcome**; no prior experience is required.
- **License Status:** This position is specifically for **non-driving license holders**.
- **Communication:** Clear verbal and written skills for reporting to the sales team and coordinating with store staff.
- **Attributes:** High energy, punctuality, and a strong eye for detail.
- **Location:** Ready to re-locate within UAE to the companies work requirements.
