- Monitor on-shelf stock levels and ensure zero out-of-stock (OOS) situations for all product lines.
- Practice first-in, first-out (FIFO) inventory rotation to manage product freshness and minimize expiry risk.
- Check backroom/store warehouse inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment orders with sales representatives.
- Design and implement visually appealing merchandising displays that align with brand standards and attract customer attention.
