Principle Accountability
1.
Develop comprehensive retail merchandising strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends
2.
Responsible for planogram development and implementation
3.
Performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
4.
Monitor product availability and stock levels in retail stores to ensure timely replenishment and minimize out-of-stock situations.
5.
Brand wise/category wise primary visibility as per market share.
6.
Promotion implementation effectiveness/accountability.

Collaborative working and coordination with sales divisions/sales team.
Job Responsibilities
- **:Merchandising Strategy Development**
- :Develop comprehensive retail merchandising strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends
- .Analyse consumer behaviour, competitive landscape, and industry insights to identify opportunities for enhancing product visibility and sales performance
- **.Planogram Development and Implementation**
- :Design and implement effective planograms to optimize product placement, assortment, and shelving within retail stores
- .Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product development to ensure alignment of planograms with brand objectives and product positioning strategies
- **.Visual Merchandising**
- : Oversee the creation and implementation of visually appealing displays, signage, and promotional materials to attract customers and drive sales
- **.Inventory Management:**
- Monitor product availability and stock levels in retail stores to ensure timely replenishment and minimize out-of-stock situations.
- Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to optimize inventory management processes and minimize excess inventory
- **.Training & Development**
- : Provide training and guidance to retail staff on merchandising best practices, product knowledge, and brand guidelines.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement
- **.Performance Analysis & Reporting**
- : Generate actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive informed decision-making.
- Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to merchandising effectiveness, sales performance, and market share.
- Ensure consistency in brand representation and messaging across all retail touchpoints
