About This Role
Job Purpose
To carry out installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation across sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs.
- Install MEP equipment and components as per drawings and specifications.
- Conduct routine inspections and report defects or risks.
- Ensure all works comply with safety standards and company procedures.
- Maintain accurate service reports and job records.
- Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other trades on-site.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns when required.
Requirements
- Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services (or equivalent).
- 2–5 years’ experience in MEP maintenance or projects (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and plumbing.
- Ability to read basic drawings and schematics.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
