MEP Technician –
Mumtalakat Real Estate is looking for an MEP Technician for building maintenance works in Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities
- HVAC / AC maintenance and troubleshooting
- Electrical and plumbing maintenance works
- Preventive and corrective maintenance
- Repair and installation of split AC, FCU, ducted AC systems, switches, sockets, lights, and water line fittings
- Attending maintenance complaints and breakdowns
Requirements
- Experience in MEP / building maintenance
- Knowledge in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing works
- Ability to handle maintenance works independently
- UAE experience preferred
- UAE driving license is an advantage
- Immediate joining preferred
