Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an MEP Technician located in Dubai.
The MEP Technician will focus on installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Key responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the efficient functioning of equipment and systems to meet project specifications and deadlines.
The role requires close collaboration with other teams to ensure project success and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair tasks
- Strong skills in Preventive Maintenance and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Ability to diagnose issues and propose efficient solutions
- Familiarity with safety standards and compliance requirements in the construction and interior contracting industry
- Prior experience in commercial and retail fit-out projects is advantageous
- Excellent time management and teamwork abilities
- Relevant certifications or technical training in MEP or related fields
- Ability to work in Dubai and adapt to a dynamic, on-site work environment
