The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled
Mep Supervisor
to join our site team across the stations.
You will be responsible for supervising the installation and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on-site, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
This role is ideal for an experienced site-based MEP professional looking to lead a team and contribute directly to the delivery of a major infrastructure project.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily MEP construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, project standards, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate and monitor subcontractors and trades to ensure works are delivered on schedule and within budget.
- Review and implement method statements, work packs, ITPs, RFIs, and NCRs.
- Support quality assurance processes and maintain accurate site records for reporting to senior engineers and project management.
- Identify and resolve technical issues on-site in a timely and proactive manner.
- Ensure all MEP works comply with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Mentor and support junior site staff to develop skills and maintain high-performance standards.
About You
- Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering or relevant trade experience with supervisory exposure.
- Previous experience as an MEP Supervisor or in a similar role on large-scale infrastructure or rail projects.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and construction methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
