About The Position
We are seeking a skilled and motivated MEP Technician to join our Facilities Management team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining and troubleshooting Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems within high-rise tower environments.
The candidate should be available for immediate joining and capable of ensuring smooth daily operations and maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for MEP systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues efficiently.
- Monitor building systems to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns promptly.
- Conduct routine inspections and report any faults or operational concerns.
- Coordinate with supervisors and other technical teams to complete maintenance activities.
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with health, safety, and company standards.
Requirements
- BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in Facilities Management, preferably in high-rise towers/buildings.
- Good knowledge of MEP systems and maintenance practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Available for immediate joining.
Preferred Skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with FM operations and maintenance procedures.
