MEP Storekeeper

About This Role

· Follow-up with suppliers for material deliveries.

· Proficiently use ERP system for Stores working.

· Receipt, issue, transfer and storage of all MEP materials at Site Stores against purchase orders, material requests and delivery notes.

· Co-ordinate with site team for material.

· Communicate with site /project engineer for shortage of tools or other material

· Maintain proper documentation of all material movement.

· Maintain track of material stock and requested reports of material by site/project engineer.

· Proper filling of all inventory& material documents.

· Preparation of material requisitions with site engineer.

· Follow the demobilization procedures of stocks & records

· Keep track of materials where expiry dates are applicable and issue accordingly

· Follow and adhere to all inventory control procedures.

· Disposal of scrap in accordance with the procedure

· Notify Site team on daily incoming materials and arrange materials for inspection

· Ensure chemicals are stored under controlled temperatures and related MSDS is available.

· Updating of Safety /Tool issue cards

· Follow-up for renewal/ calibration of tools and equipment’s

· Ensure housekeeping for site stoves/ storage locations.

· Preparation of procurement logs as per company’s format and keep all the logs up to date, and submit to procurement department weekly.

· Update stock against LPO’s in ERP software.

· Preparing and recording GRN for all incoming materials in ERP system.

· High school diploma or equivalent; technical background is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
