Job Summary
Firmac Industries LLC is seeking a highly competent and technically strong
Site Engineer
to manage and execute MEP projects across Dubai.
The ideal candidate must possess extensive technical knowledge, excellent project coordination skills, and hands-on experience in managing electromechanical works in compliance with UAE regulations.
The candidate
must be certified by Dubai Municipality
and should have a proven track record of delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Site visits, Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver MEP projects from initiation through completion.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽
Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract documents to ensure technical accuracy.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽
Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC activities with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽
Prepare project schedules, work programs, material procurement plans, and manpower deployment plans.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽
Ensure all works comply with Dubai Municipality regulations, project specifications, and applicable UAE codes and standards.

Conduct technical reviews and resolve engineering issues during project execution.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽
Monitor project progress and prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽
Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽
Attend technical meetings with clients, consultants, and authorities.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽
Verify subcontractor work quality and certify completed works.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽
Monitor project costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising quality.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽
Ensure adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality standards on site.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽
Prepare RFIs, method statements, material submittals, shop drawing reviews, and technical documentation.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽
Support estimation and tendering teams with technical input whenever required.
Requirements
路聽聽聽聽聽聽
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽
Strong technical understanding of MEP systems.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽
Ability to interpret IFC drawings, shop drawings, and coordinated services drawings.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽
Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures and testing & commissioning requirements.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽
Dubai Municipality Certified Engineer (Mandatory).
路聽聽聽聽聽聽
UAE Driving License preferred.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽
Additional certifications related to project management or HSE will be an advantage.
